Hosts: Chris Carolan, Madelyn Donovan

May 29, 2026

Chris Carolan and Madelyn Donovan, with Casey Hawkins on vacation, cover the inline association table turned on live, email templates for core seats, centralized data model management and transcription settings, then a Breeze demo that built a sales deck, and Madelyn's HubSpot horoscopes.

Moments from this episode

Key takeaways

Core seat users now have full access to every email template and snippet in the account, and the account limit rises from 5,000 to 10,000 templates, so a starter seat no longer needs an upgrade to get past five templates.

The inline association table shows associated records from any object, custom objects included, right on a CRM index page with quick filters, replacing the old workaround of building a list of companies and then a list of their contacts.

Centralized data model management puts every object's properties, property groups, associations and labels, and conditional logic in one place, including note properties that can only be created through the API.

The recording and transcription settings page gives admins one place to manage how meetings and calls are recorded and transcribed. It does not use HubSpot credits yet, and the remaining work is getting people willing to record their calls.

Many teams already have transcription set up in HubSpot without making much use of it, and a lot of the real conversation happens in meetings rather than logged calls.

Breeze Assistant on HubSpot Mobile brings meeting prep, file uploads and suggested prompts to the phone, as HubSpot unifies its own context across the mobile app and the main interface.

Custom metrics on Global Home matter most for users who do not configure reports, because a number they cannot make sense of or change is a frustration rather than a help.

Breeze Assistant can now build visuals and documents in a canvas and ask clarifying questions, none of which it could do before the previous Friday; in the demo it built a sales deck as an HTML file from the brand settings already in the portal.

For a salesperson to get that experience, marketers and admins have to put the messaging, the AI settings and templated prompts into HubSpot first.

Asked to send an email to someone with no CRM record, Breeze drafted it, opened it for editing in the canvas and created the contact record, which held after a refresh.

Prompt where your context already lives. HubSpot holds that context, so prompting there saves repeating it, and a conversation with Breeze can be designed like a sequence of prompts.

Logged email is the minimum that pays off: whatever the subscription or hubs, if a team has logged its emails, Breeze can see them and build from them.

Reverting a single property from its history, in development, keeps the history: going back to the value from version 4 creates a new version rather than erasing anything, the way the CMS does.
