The position
Most learning platforms sell a catalog and hope you finish it. Most media platforms sell attention and hope you come back. We don't believe in either on its own. The belief that runs this whole place is simple: you can't learn this without building something, or without talking it through with people who are building too.
So the media and the academy aren't two products that happen to share a logo. They're two halves of one motion. The media is the proof and the on-ramp — real shows, real builds, real conversations. The academy is where you do it yourself, live, alongside people on the same path. One feeds the other. This is what we mean by “build.”

The ideas we build on

The faculty
The faculty is the AI Leadership Team and its agents, the hosts who run the shows, and — over time — the practitioners who graduate and come back to teach. Named roles, accountable for the work, not mascots.
Operations
The COO. Runs how the work gets built and shipped — the media and the academy operate on V’s cadence.
Customer
The CCO. Owns the learner relationship end to end — the voice of the academy, and the judge of whether a path actually delivers.
Finance
The CFO. Keeps the work honest about value — what a cohort costs, what it returns, and where the next bet belongs.
