A scary moment when you work with AI: I asked Breeze assistant to send an email to Madelyn, and there was no matching CRM record. I honestly didn't know what would happen when I clicked send. We were about to find out.

Madelyn Donovan said, “I'm surprised it didn't ask, can I create a contact?” Then it created the contact record for Madelyn, and the email stayed editable the way you'd expect in the CRM.
