The Rig That Was Forty Five Thousand Is A Hundred Now

A couple of weeks ago Nico was saying on air that most of us do not have a $45,000 to $50,000 rig sitting at home. His update is that the number moved the wrong way. It is more like $100,000 now, and prices across this class of hardware have jumped considerably inside two weeks. He puts that down to two things happening at once: real breakthroughs in the technology, and the profits tech companies reported in the last few days, which he reads as a minimum of 80 percent year over year in most cases.
