This is exactly why the show is called an unboxing, folks.

I went in assuming Hubsessed's billing data already sat inside HubSpot, structured and ready. It didn't. On air: "none of this data is actually inside of HubSpot in the way that it needs to be structured." Two systems saying they're connected isn't the same as your data being contract-ready — I found that out live, on my own real subscriber record.
