That's not money. That's time.

What would you do with an extra hour?

On Wednesday's show my co-host Nico Lafakis did the math on what AI can give back. Say a member of your leadership team spends two or three hours a week reviewing meeting material. He says they "could be doing that in a 20 or 30 minute conversation": "an hour and a half to two and a half hours saved. Add it up over the 52 weeks." Those are his figures for an example, not ours.

Then the line he turns on: "That's not money. That's time. What's worth more? You can't buy time, can you?"

And what the time is for: "You want to wake up a half hour later? Now you can. You want to spend more time with your kids? Now you can. You want to be able to get work done while you're cooking? Now you can."

If you've been counting AI's value in dollars, this is the case for counting what the hours are for.
