What would you hand your AI first if it could watch your market for you?
On Wednesday's show my co-host Nico Lafakis told what a mentee of his got done in two weeks between their sessions. She "set up five scheduled tasks." One pulls her daily brief together in one spot. Another checks what her competitors are publishing, so she can see what they're talking about on a given day and, over a month, what the topics are.
Nico's picture of it: "the exact same thing that football coaches do on the field where you're just looking across the field and reading the play." In the same stretch she stood up her first newsletter, her first email and her first form, "all because of her business manager," the AI she'd set up.
If you're wondering where a first AI setup could start paying off, this is one person's two weeks, told by the person who mentors her.
