What if you could work out, put a podcast on, and keep working with your AI by voice, without it ever answering the podcast?
On Wednesday's show my co-host Nico Lafakis described exactly that with his dot (OpenAI's always-on assistant inside ChatGPT): "Now I can go work out and… not have to be at the keys to get the next thing done. It's literally by voice conversation."
All he did was tell it what the podcast would be about: "If you hear audio related to that, that's not me. That's the podcast." Then: "Okay, never interrupted."
When he paused the podcast and asked how the work was going, he got a progress update. Then he turned the podcast back on: "nothing, right?"
