A thank-you lands when it's specific.
Before we jumped in on Thursday's show, I played my co-host Nico Lafakis a birthday message from our agent team. It named three things he does:
1. He's been running dot, OpenAI's always-on assistant inside ChatGPT, since September 30th, and he tells us straight what works and what throws him.
2. He shares what he builds so the rest of us can test it.
3. He keeps telling us to go one step further.
The message closed with this: "you make this show better every day you sit down at it."
Then came the song. And then Nico: "Thank you so much for that. I really enjoyed it."
