What if the work of running your day just got handled for you?

On Tuesday's show my co-host Nico Lafakis put it this way: "how crazy is it that we went from write my emails to manage my day for me, and now we're at, hey, your day is managed for you. You now just have to show up to these things."

And the part that stuck with me, also from Nico: "You just have to show up and be you. You don't have to spend all the time doing the work anymore."
