Everyone's talking about what AI costs. Fewer are talking about who knows how to use it.
On Tuesday's show my co-host Nico Lafakis said what he sees instead: "a lot of complaining about token burn and how much it's costing companies." (Token burn is the usage cost of running AI models.) Meanwhile the people who "actually know how to deploy," and who understand the difference between models and how to prompt them, are rare.
The fix Nico laid out is not complicated. Someone in house who understands the rules and the models, and "some semblance of a training program in place so that you don't just hand it out."
