What does it take to get a 3D walkthrough made?

My co-host Nico Lafakis showed a 3D animation and gave his read. His comparison: it's like hiring a budget graphic designer from Fiverr who also works in 3D. His estimate is that building it by hand, even if you're "really, really good with it," would take "a day, probably two days." What's left for you is "prompting the adjustments." His take: "this is like the norm."
