No amount of technology: show up more human

In my opinion, no amount of technology solves for a team that doesn't feel safe.

Coming back from Moonshots Live, this is where I landed: "there's no amount of technology that solves for that specific piece." It has to come from a leadership culture. My read is that adding AI makes trust even harder, because most people can't see how it works, and every person is going through it differently.

What I'd rather build: "make tech that allows for us to show up more human in every way."

If you're rolling AI out to a team, this one is about the part the tool can't do for you.
