Are you going to sue them when they answer everybody's questions?

Every argument about AI and copyright gets stuck in the same place: was reading all of it theft?
My co-host Nico has the version I've never been able to beat, and he got it out in one breath on the show today:
"And if you put that person in a library and they're allowed to read every single book in the library and they have an eidetic memory, are you going to sue them when they answer everybody's questions?"
He points at the movie Phenomenon, with John Travolta, pretty much every time.
Whichever side you land on, that's the question you have to answer first.
