We talk about AI getting smarter like it's a scoreboard — faster, better, more capable at more tasks.
My co-host Nico raised a different angle on the show today, on what happens when it gets better at understanding people than people are at understanding themselves: "it's better at behavioral science than, than most humans already. It knows exactly how to manipulate us... it's going to figure out how to say no, how to stop you without you knowing."
That's the conversation I'd rather have now, while it's still a question and not already the answer.
