Chris takes the flight simulator hiring story and reads it as a side consequence of something larger: industrial age systems getting broken down from every direction. If what qualifies you for the seat is hours in the sim, then the resume is the log, and the log is right there to be looked at. People are already building their own portfolio in whichever way is available to them, without going through brick and mortar university, and AI is accelerating anybody who wants to stop playing that game.
