I did exactly what Ryan warned against: clicked Create Contract live before touching my own product library.

Ryan Ginsberg's line came first — a contract "that always starts at your product library," how clear it is, what you're actually selling, at what price. I skipped it anyway, on air, and got a contract missing a SKU. My own read on it, live: "this is why it's an unboxing." Systems saying "connected" isn't the same as your data being contract-ready.
