The best part of a rollout can happen where you aren't.
My co-host Erin Wiggers went wide with her app, and a couple of weeks later found out that a few people on the team had been meeting on their own, teaching each other, because one of them was such a proponent.
"I was not involved, I found out after the fact… it made me so happy."
Trisha Merriam asked whether there's a trust ladder in that. Erin's answer:
"Having it come from me is one thing. Like it's my app. I'm the AI person here."
"It means 20 times what it means coming from me to hear it from somebody that you've been working with."
"I don't have to win over everyone all at once right out of the gate."
When it starts to cascade, that's:
"when you can really parlay some of that early trust into bigger gains downstream."
Win over a few people first and let them carry it.
