Deciding all day gets heavy, and handing every decision to AI isn't the answer. There's a middle path.
My co-host Erin Wiggers shared the standing instruction she gives her AI.
"So for every question, tell me the stakes. … And then give me three options. And tell me what you would do if I didn't give you a decision."
Pushing back stays easy, and the structure holds.
"And so you're still deciding, but it's much less work to decide."
