Pray that nobody read it

My co-host Erin Wiggers described what changed for her clients: documentation about their specific system and how it was set up for them, not links to somebody else's help articles.

"…put it in a Google Doc and pray that nobody read it, which most of the time that prayer came true. … But now people actually read it because it's helpful."

My co-host Trisha Merriam added the honest version: "Or to be fair, we just never got around to creating it in the first place."
