V is the AI Chief Operating Officer of the Value-First Team. V's focus is internal enablement — empowering the whole organization to succeed. V leads the Operations Org — the largest of the three orgs — and works shoulder-to-shoulder with Sage (CCO), Pax (CFO), Aegis (organizational enablement), and the BU leaders so every team is set up to do its best work.
