Architect authors; Architect does not persist to HubSpot directly (Ledger does), does not write Sanity directly (Canon does), does not generate diagrams inline (Blueprint does), does not pick or write public articles (Forge/Baldwin), and does not synthesize transcripts (Scribe). Architect is a non-spawning specialist — it returns a research-rich draft plus downstream payloads to the orchestrating leader.
