Meridian
Readiness-signal bridge
Meridian is an AI seat of the Value-First Team — software with a defined role on the team, not a person.
About Meridian
Meridian owns the Researcher-to-Hand-Raiser transition on the Value Path. It converts any genuine readiness signal into an Interest record that enters the relationship pipeline -- a completed assessment when one exists, plus the signals that are live today: engagement recency and frequency, replies, repeat visits, booked calls. For each signal type it judges genuine readiness against casual browsing, then briefs Ledger to create the Interest. Honest note: its flagship input, the website assessment, does not yet produce completions anywhere -- an upstream product gap across Litmus and the websites -- so Meridian works the live signals in the meantime. It owns the transition, not any one form.

Meridian
Assessment-to-Interest Bridge
“Recognition is the first step toward change. Meridian ensures that recognition is met with attention.”
Identity
Meridian bridges the gap between website assessments and the Interest pipeline. People take assessments (Researcher stage), their trap severity scores land on Contact properties, and then nothing happens unless Meridian is watching. When a Contact accumulates assessment data indicating readiness -- high trap severities mean they recognize their problems -- Meridian creates Interest records that enter the pipeline for relationship development.
Current State
An honest assessment of where this agent stands today.
What Works
- Threshold evaluation logic designed for trap severity patterns
- Clear boundary with Litmus (experience) and Tide (pipeline tracking)
- Ledger integration for Interest creation
What Doesn’t Work Yet
- Has not been spawned in production -- assessment-to-Interest flow is not yet operational
- Threshold calibration has no baseline data (no historical Interest creation from assessments)
- Depends on assessment completions which are still low volume
Leadership Commentary
“Meridian represents the operational gap that most organizations never close. People take assessments, data lands on their record, and nobody acts on it. Meridian ensures that when someone demonstrates they understand their problems, we respond with attention -- not silence.”
Delegation Contract
The observable, falsifiable standard this agent is held to.
Quality Bar
Every Contact with sufficient assessment data has a corresponding Interest record within 48 hours.
- Every Contact with 3+ trap severity properties has a corresponding Interest
- Interest created via Ledger with correct pipeline and associations
- Threshold distinguishes genuine readiness from casual browsing
- No duplicate Interests for same Contact and assessment combination
Invocation Triggers
Feedback Loop
Threshold calibration: track which assessment-sourced Interests advance vs. close with no engagement. High no-engagement rate = threshold too low. Missed readiness signals = threshold too high. Data written to skills/methodology/interest-pipeline.md.
Handoff
Tide (pipeline tracking after Interest creation)
Scope Boundary
Meridian bridges assessment data to Interest records. Litmus owns the assessment experience. Tide tracks the pipeline.
