How the live thing runs for this path.

A 4-week facilitated cohort — two 90-minute live sessions/week (8 sessions), 5-8 people from the same company, plus three free Office Hours/week. The most live-led path. LAUNCHES AS APPLY/WAITLIST; delivery links OUT to the ainativeshift.com spoke.

The build, step by step

What you'll do, in order.

  1. Week 1 — Mindset: name the Industrial Age honestly See why AI defaults to old patterns (the training-data demonstration), run the 12 Complexity Traps as a diagnostic on your own stack, quantify what current state costs. (ans-diptych-curriculum Week 1.)
  2. Week 2 — Architecture: design the AI-Native side Populate Layer 2 with the Four Unified Views, Layer 3 with the Three-Org Model, replace the funnel with the Value Path. Co-draft a Target State Architecture the Executive Sponsor signs off in the room. (Week 2.)
  3. Week 3 — Activate: build the HDE+AI junction Configure your HubSpot CVP for the chosen views; each participant builds a production agent on valuefirstagent.com against their own real workflow — real data, real output, with enforcement. The build. (ans-cohort-structure Week 3 + working-poc-deliverable.)
  4. Week 4 — Scale: make it a substrate Make the Week-3 activations governed, shared, measurable. Build a measurement framework your team uses without the facilitator; produce enablement artifacts for people who weren't there. (Week 4.)
  5. Deliver the Transformation Presentation Your team tells its own before/after story — the diptych you drew in Week 1 against the one you live in by Week 4, agents in production, governance visible. The facilitator is a witness.
