What you'll do, in order.
- Feel the cost of fragmentation Each department sees a different slice of the same person, and adding tools makes it worse. Name the real cost. (UCV Framework Module 1.)
- Build the Unified Customer View Map UCV dimensions onto Contact + Company + Activity; design associations that surface the relationship network across team boundaries. (Module 2.)
- Wire quote-to-cash for the Revenue View Configure Deal -> Order -> Invoice -> Payment so commercial health is visible beyond pipeline. The build core. (Module 3 + the /learn/builder revenue objects.)
- Add Business Context and Team Enablement Layer UBC (intelligence at the decision point) and UTE (capability multiplication); connect all four views to the Three-Org Model. (Module 4.)
- Build your cross-team-context agent On valuefirstagent.com, build an agent that reads a Company across the URV/UBC slice and surfaces what one team knows that others don't — the silo, provably gone.
