- Design yours in the simulatorLay out your own objects and associations with no live-portal risk; iterate until the model reflects how your business creates value. (Reuses /learn/simulator + the 26 builders.)
- Critique it at the architecture clinicBring your simulated model to Office Hours; pressure-test it against the Value Creation Protocol before anything touches production.
- Deploy the model for realConfigure your designed objects and associations in HubSpot. The simulator output becomes a live data model — the build.
- Build your schema-explainer agentOn valuefirstagent.com, build an agent that reads your deployed objects and documents what each is for. Tribal knowledge becomes documented, shareable HDE.
- Ship the docs back to your teamHand the generated documentation to someone who wasn't in the room. If they understand your model without you, it's done.
