The build, step by step

What you'll do, in order.

  1. See why a CRM becomes a data graveyard Start from the problem you already feel: fragmented records, 'leads' that go nowhere, teams that can't see the whole person. Name what a Customer Value Platform is and why unified beats tracked. (Reuses HubSpot Beginners Module 1.)
  2. Learn the Four Unified Views Walk the four windows into every relationship — Unified Customer, Revenue, Context, Team Enablement. Understand the question each answers before touching a property. (Module 2.)
  3. Configure your objects in the Record Builder Use the interactive Record Builder to set up Contact, Company, Deal, Order the Value-First way — properties that serve the views, associations that reveal the network. The first thing you build. (Reuses the live /learn/builder.)
  4. Put the Value Path on your Contact Replace funnel thinking with the 8-stage Value Path as a real property. Map a handful of your own relationships to their actual stage using observable signals.
  5. Build your UCV-reader agent On valuefirstagent.com, build an agent that reads a Contact and returns its unified picture. The artifact: a working agent that proves your CVP is configured, not just described.
  6. Bring it to Office Hours Join the next live clinic, demo your UCV-reader against a real record, get your one configuration friction unstuck in the room.
