Webhooks in custom agents: the full discussion

Custom agents can now send and receive data from external systems over HTTP webhooks - POST or GET, configured in the agent builder, where it shows up as a "Send a webhook" utility - with no custom integration in between. Chris uses the update to flag the date underneath it: starting July 23rd, custom agents stop being free and begin consuming credits, alongside customer agent, prospecting agent, data agent and data studio syncs.
