A lot of the AI demos you see look like one try and done. I don't think they were.
On the show I said what I think sits under that: "There's no shortcut to describing, documenting, telling it what the value is." My guess is the people who make it look like one try went through many tries first, and even then, "you learn along the way, you learn what works, what doesn't work."
