Claude's fix: don't use the word HubSpot

Everybody says "HubSpot" and means something different, and then AI picks one meaning.

On the show I said that when I talked to Claude about everybody thinking HubSpot is a marketing and sales platform only, "including AI," I asked how we prevent that. Claude's answer, as I retell it: "don't use the word HubSpot."

Unless I bring my whole Value-First data model to every conversation, I told the audience, "I got to be ready to correct that record." If AI keeps reading your words a different way than you mean them, this is about a minute.
