The first time an AI tells you it can't do something, what do you do?

At a live workshop I was building an agent with Breeze, HubSpot's AI, and it was time to test it on a company record. As I tell it, Breeze said, "I don't have access to that record. So can you go get the ID for me?" So I typed: No. You.

Breeze's answer, in my retelling: "okay, I'll go get it." And it came back with the record.
