When an AI says it can't do something you've watched it do, what's your first move?
If you're an admin, the natural one is to go into HubSpot, search up the record, get the ID and bring it back to Breeze, HubSpot's AI. I said on the show why I'd think twice: doing that can teach it that you're the one who provides the IDs, and it may even save that as a memory.
What I do instead: "if you've seen it do it once before, don't overthink it. Like, ask at least one time, like, are you sure?" When I tried it, with as little context as I could give it, "that's all it took."
