Want to know where AI could help your team first? The way you ask matters.
On Thursday's show my co-host Nico Lafakis said to look for a process that's "so manual, so arduous and maybe only one person was capable of doing it." "That's where you're going to inject AI." Then "get into the trenches" and "talk to the human."
The question: "You're going to ask them, how much time were you wasting doing this thing? You're not going to say, how much time do you spend doing it? You're not going to say, how much time do you think that you spend doing? You're just going to say, how much time do you waste doing this thing?"
And why: "Get them on your side. You're trying to help them, you're trying to give them greater efficiencies."
If you're about to ask your team where AI would help, it's a small change of wording to borrow.
