If AI gives you hours back, what are those hours worth, and who gets them?
Four moments from Wednesday's show, two from my co-host Nico Lafakis and two from me, on what the time AI saves is really worth.
1. Nico, on the hours: "That's not money. That's time. What's worth more? You can't buy time, can you?"
2. Me, on what a dashboard can't hold: at Tuesday's admins HUG (a HubSpot user group meeting), a presenter highlighted a quote underneath the case-study numbers: "I got my Sundays back."
3. Me, on the trap in all of it: "It's an efficiency optimizer, efficiency machine. Efficiency does not always equal value."
4. Nico, on who gets the gain: "If they make you more money, break 'em off a piece. What's the incentive? Create the carrot."
If you lead a team, or you're the one whose hours are on the line, it's a short watch on how to count what AI gives back.
