What's the missing piece between starting a lot of things and finishing them?
I've got a lot of projects in flight. On Tuesday's show I said what finally changed that for me: "the unlock for me was this is the part I've been missing to hit that last mile to get irons out of the fire is just this feedback loop."
And the picture I keep coming back to: "if you watch Ironman, Tony's walking around, just talking out loud, doing screen stuff, … to do the next thing, that feedback, it's invaluable and required to finish a lot of this stuff."
If you're a builder with a pile of almost-done work, that's the idea I'd start with.
