Work gets dropped, redone, lost. What if the thing in the middle of it all made that stop?
That's the picture behind the name. On Wednesday's show I told how I worked with Nectar on it (she's my dot, OpenAI's always-on assistant inside ChatGPT). I told her that if what she'd described could happen, "that's like the holy grail":
"Everything has a feeling like we're always moving forward. No time is getting wasted."
"We're not having to redo work. We're not losing work. You don't have agents fighting over the work."
Where it's landed so far: "And it's been a blast. And this is what it's taken to finally get me to start talking out loud to AI, apparently."
If you've wanted work that keeps moving without anyone having to redo it, that's the picture I'm working toward with her.
