A lot of us start by telling AI which tool to use and what format to hand back.
On Wednesday's show I said the shift is a different ask: "The shift is not asking for the tool to do a thing or the format. Just ask for what you want."
Then go one step further and ask why, not only how: "it's not just how it works, it's why it works, right? And that difference is everything in terms of driving the conversation in certain directions."
What makes that possible now: "it's finally an orchestrator that just on many levels knows how to use the tools underneath it without me having to engineer absolutely everything." (An orchestrator is the part that decides which tools to use, and when.)
