Voice On, a Link Built While You Walk Off, an Offsite Every Day

What if handing a job to AI meant you could really walk away, and spend the time you get back thinking?
Four moments from Thursday's show, three from my co-host Nico Lafakis and one from me:
1. Nico, on turning his assistant's voice on: "just turn the voice on and… it's a whole new world."
2. Nico, on handing it a job and leaving: "hey, so just go create an MCP connector for this. And then you just walk off and go do whatever, right?" (An MCP connector is what lets an AI tool work with another piece of software.)
3. Nico, on the same voice sitting in on a conversation: "We had a full-blown conversation, questions involved, back and forth, all this kind of thing. Nothing." His assistant stayed silent the whole way through.
4. And mine, on what that frees us up to do: "that offsite retreat once a year, we're doing it like every day, right?"
