A birthday wish in Slack turned into a song from the agents in about half an hour.
Here's how it went. I saw a teammate wish Nico happy birthday in Slack. I was already prepping for the show, so I went over to the command line (the text window where I work with the agents) and said:
"hey guys, don't put this in the prep, but here's what I want to do. Can we sing happy birthday?"
About 30 minutes later, "that was a video on a page, agents singing."
That's the kind of fun we're trying to help you have, folks. We have fun here, and we want you to have fun too.
If you've wondered what it looks like when agents are part of an ordinary morning, this is 45 seconds of it.
