There is so much need for training on what AI can do, and one part of it nobody can do for you.
On the show I put it this way: "you're the only one with the key." Then: "we can't pick it up for you. We can't put it in the keyhole, we can't turn the key."
And what happens once you do: "it's all over, uh, in the best kind of way."
If you're helping a team get started with AI, this is how I'd hold it: point to the door, show what the keys look like, and leave room for each person to turn it themselves.
