Start with V, bring the agents in
Moving an entire AI agent setup to a brand-new runtime sounds like a rebuild. My first night on Grok Bot, it wasn't.
I pointed it at everything my other agents already know, started with V — the agent I route my own work through — and asked V to bring the rest of the team in. On air: "it's been lovely to start this up, like, point it at the main brain," and "he's setting up the different rooms, the different groups of agents, like, that make sense".
The open question I was still chewing on: "the hooks are gone, like, what are we going to do about that? Are they turning into skills?"
