Most people do not open the AI assistant sitting inside their software, because they are not confident it will get the answer right. That bar is set in the wrong place.
We have a running question on our morning show — will it Breeze? — and today I said out loud why it works:
"Will it Breeze? It's going to be valuable because we just started the conversation. It's going to tell you something you didn't know."
Breeze is HubSpot's assistant, and the brand is not the point. The win is not a correct answer. The win is that the conversation started, and it told you something you had not thought to ask.
