Most 'send us your feedback' posts get read once, if that, and nothing happens with them.
I posted the first clip we've ever had agents chop up and cut together, mostly hoping someone would just notice it. Instead, the maker of the product I was testing, Dharmesh Shah, showed up in the comments himself on a ten-minute video of feedback. Then came a second comment: he'd already gone and built against it.
'He's on the level that detailed feedback is a gift' is the only way I know how to describe watching that happen in under a day.
