Dharmesh Shah shipped YouSpot, his new AI-native personal CRM, this morning. We paid our dollar, got our credits, and put it through its paces that same afternoon — no accounts connected, nothing configured.

First real test: I dropped in the Office Space meme, "What is it you do here?", and waited to see if it actually got the joke instead of just answering a question. It did — the reaction on my face in this clip is completely real.
