The real bottleneck in my inbox isn't the AI. It's me.

I see an email come in, already know exactly how I'd respond, and still tell myself I'll get to it later. I said as much out loud on the show today — not proud of it, just true.

That's starting to change: Claude is beginning to catch those emails and draft the reply before I even open them.

If there's a task you already know exactly how to do and still keep pushing off, that's usually the easiest one to hand off first — not the hardest.
