Every week someone tells me they're worried leaning on AI means losing their own judgment. My co-host Nico drew the line better than I've heard anyone draw it, on today's show: "Notice I said help you, not do it for you, right?"

That's the whole filter. You bring the context, the direction, the taste; AI carries the execution, never the deciding. Use it that way and you get more of your own judgment back, not less.
