Nico works it through on air. A 2.4 trillion parameter flagship now, against something in the region of 800 billion around this time last year, which is better than a doubling. He extrapolates forward to maybe 15 or 20 trillion, sets that against the 100 trillion neuron connections he cites for the human brain, and lands on being nearly 20 percent of the way there. He also stops in the middle of it to say he does not know that it works this way and that he is just throwing it out there. The hedge is in the clip, not added underneath it.
