When I first came into HubSpot, I thought I had to stay in marketing ops. Two years in, my clients weren't staying there — Salesforce migrations, lifecycle builds, sales ops. Full revenue ops.

So I dropped the M from #opsfairy.

People who only know me from LinkedIn never call me "ops" anything anyway. I'm just the fairy. And I'm good with that.
