HubSpot rebuilt core Starter surfaces this summer, with a more modern theme, managed and personalized navigation, a home page that shows you what to do next, and full analytics suites for marketing, sales and service. Changes apply automatically to enrolled Starter portals, with a July 30 go-live called out on air. The read underneath: reporting used to be the reason to upgrade, and automation and AI now hold that line.
