How a quote ended up on a poster at INBOUND

0:44

A PM asked for my feedback once. Said they'd love to use a quote for "some things."

They did not mention the some things included a poster on the floor at INBOUND. I found out by walking around a corner and seeing my own face.

If I'd known, I'd have given them a better photo.

Moral of the story: if a PM asks for your feedback, give it. You never know where it's going to show up.
